We offer our space to you at no cost for the venue for your Birthday Celebrations or Special Events. However, there is a minimum requirement of 25 people for us to host your event and you are responsible for upfront payment for food for the total guests that will be attending your event. All Event Reservations require a $100.00 Reservation Fee along with upfront payment for the food costs for a minimum of 25 people to reserve the venue for the date and time requested. Parties of 24 or fewer? No reservation needed- just come on in!

PLEASE NOTE: Reservations are not finalized until payment in full is received for all parties. Should you like to have an event exceeding 25 people, the difference must be paid in full, seven days before the reservation request. Upon receipt of your completed request and payment, you will receive all correspondence via email regarding your request within 24-48 hours of receipt.

All Event Reservations require a signed Event Hosting Service Agreement.
Food for a minimum of 25 people must be paid for in advance with a choice of 2 Meats and 2 Sides. Should you wish to have more guests, the food must be paid for in advance for the guests.
No outside food or beverages are allowed. Only the venue can bring (or take out) food and beverages. (For Events)
A final guaranteed guest count is due 5 business days before the event. The client can increase the guest count 5 business days before the event. The additional cost for the extra guests will be billed separately and is due upon receipt.
The client must keep all Intellectual Property of Mustard Seed BBQ Confidential.
